In each room we have following bath amenities: shower gel / shampoo, body cream, vanity set and shower cap. Upon request we can bring you: tissues, emergency toothbrush, shoehorn, sewing set  and slippers for the room.

Animals are allowed in the hotel except in the following departments: restaurant, swimming-pools, cure department and spa. After your departure we will proceed to the disinfection of the room.

The hotel lends 1 bathrobe + 1 towel for the pool per person during the stay. The bathrobe will be changed after 1 week of stay. Please leave the laundry in the room at your departure or at the reception if you remain in the pool after your check-out. If these items are not given back, we will charge you 50,00 € for missing laundry.

We advise you to ask for the bill the day before your departure from 16:00 until 21:00 (Tel n° 909) or use our EXPRESS CHECK-OUT service (you allow us to charge the entire bill on your credit card and we give you your check while you give us back the keys).

Our tea kit is composed of 1  boiler +2 cups +20 tea bags. It is available against extra charge.

Stability Law 2016 – Art. 1 paragraph 898: From January 1^st 2016, the cash payment limit will be increased from 1000,00€ to 3000,00€. This is valid for EU citizens, citizens from other countries can pay cash without limitation.

The “Tea Rose” spa is open from 08:00 until 17:00; the mud is done from 05:00 until 12:00 am (Sundays also most of the time).

Free use of the fitness (1st floor).

It is strictly forbidden to use irons or any kind of stove in the rooms. An iron and an iron board are at your disposal in an office at the second floor(left from the central lift).

We do understand that feeling “hot” or “cold” is really unpleasant and disturbing. We will try to find a solution in order to give you the best comfort possible.

The heating of the hotel does use the thermal water heat. This system cannot be regulated as a traditional heating system. We can turn the heating on or of in your  room and /or bathroom. We can regulate the global water temperature. We cannot regulate a precise temperature in every single room.

Our air-conditioning system is regulated not to go under 22 degrees Celsius. This temperature is considered as healthy.

An Internet point is available in the lobby. Wireless: available in the lobby and in the rooms (free access).

If you loose or damage the key cards, it will cost 10,00 Euros per key.

These keys have to be given back at the reception at your departure.

Please do not leave the key inserted in the room when you are outside; the air conditioning and heating work without it.

Please use the laundry bags at your disposal in your room and give them to the housekeepers or to the reception.

The laundry turns back after 2 days in general.

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast from 07:00 until 10:30. Room service breakfast is possible (with an extra charge).

If you want to have your breakfast in your room, please fill out the special order you find in your room and hang it in the evening on your door. You can also dial the number 919 from 7:30 until 10:30.

You can have breakfast in the restaurant with your bathrobe. Our hotel is a thermal cure hotel and many guests have breakfast between 2 therapies.

Lunch and dinner

Lunch from 12:30 until 14:00. Diner from 19:30 until 21:00.

The half board is generally composed of the breakfast and the diner or breakfast and lunch. It is not possible to switch the meals.

No reductions will be granted for untaken meals.

In summer you can have your lunch at the swimming pool (with extra charge). If you wish to do so please tell the reception before 11:00.

Clothes for lunch: we kindly ask our customers to be properly dressed for lunch (no bathrobes, swimsuits…).

Clothes for diner: we recommend a more elegant clothing for diner.

Served on request. If you need a special diet, if you have allergies or food intolerance please inform our headwaiter.

All the hotel is not smoking (rooms and all common areas). If you still would smoke in the room, we will charge 250,00€ penalty for the room special cleansing and 2 days blocking.

Opening times.

Outdoor pool “Padiglione” and the “Tranquilla” indoor pool are opened from 07:00 until 21:00.

Our Veranda Indoor pool and our thermal path “I Ruscelli dell’Orto” are opened from 07:00 until 23:00

We kindly ask our guests to shower before entering the pools.

For hygienic reasons, please do not use the towels of the rooms in the swimming pools..

The thermal water may damage watches, silver and metal jewelry. Please remove them before bathing.
