To commemorate the hundred year anniversary of Mioni Pezzato, we have decided to renew our restaurant, naming it “1915”, the year when Giuseppe Mioni  married Elvira Pezzato, founding what is today Mioni Pezzato. During the renovation process, we tried to create a hospitable, relaxing environment with a clear identity and a strong tie with our traditions.

Our efforts were not limited to the aesthetic and functional aspects of the infrastructure, but we tried to also pursue the “spa / thermal cure” regimen  in our food selection and preparation.
We offer homemade cuisine and, whenever possible,  use products from our territory. We have eliminated industrially prepared foods and excluded any type of artificial flavoring. We also provide  an extremely vast selection of fruits and vegetables and a considerable use of local herbs.

A respect for our identity led us to a concept of simple and good sense cooking, which we called “Healthy Cuisine”.  It’s a  cuisine where eating is a pleasure, which is good for the body and mind, and aims at increasing the quality of our lives.

We do not believe to be a hotel that specializes in nutrition (diet – weight loss), but we offer those of our clients who are more attentive towards their diets the possibility to select among a variety of dishes characterized by a refined content of nutrients, minerals, fibre, and vitamins, also low in calories, without sacrificing the pleasure of eating. Under this perspective, a collaboration began with the famous French chef, Michel Guerard, with whom our staff learned, through his cooking school, how to enhance  flavours while limiting the use of fat and sugar, creating a line of healthy cuisine that complements our “spa” activities in prevention and curative treatments.

We designed our menu to offer our guests the opportunity to make a selection. You will, therefore,  find great Italian classics, international recipes and “Healthy Cuisine”. In our menu, local dishes are indicated by the symbol of the winged lion of the venetian region, and  the “healthy cuisine” line is indicated by the symbol of a leaf.
